Do you have to be a Humanist to have a Humanist ceremony?
Not at all, although a lot of people consider it having been involved.
Where can we have our ceremony?
Almost anywhere. I've led ceremonies in people's sitting rooms, gardens, meadows, pubs/restaurants, hotels, a zoo...
What does 'BHA Accredited' mean?
I was professionally trained and recognised by the British Humanist Association, and I am registered and insured by them.
Will you travel?
I will consider travelling anywhere in the UK or abroad e.g. this summer I married Niki and Doug in Athens.
Are Humanist weddings legally recognised here as they are in Scotland?
Not yet, but it's a simple enough to resolve. Having sorted the paperwork at the Registry Office, most couples regard their Humanist ceremony as the 'real' thing.
How much do your ceremonies cost?
I cost each ceremony individually in line with BHA guidelines, and payment plans are possible.
